General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.e-shop.si
The General Terms and Conditions of the online store www.e-shop.si, operated by NRR-PROJECT, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Provider), are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS).
We recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using the online store. By using the website www.e-shop.si, you confirm your agreement with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the online store.
Upon making a purchase or correctly completing the product order form, every visitor to the online store www.e-shop.si also becomes a user or customer.
These General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the Provider, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the Provider and the customer.
The customer is bound by the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase and registration. By using the website, the customer confirms that they agree with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all related documents.
Information Availability
The Provider ensures that the customer has access to the following information:
- company identity, including company name, registered office and registration number;
- contact details, including telephone and e-mail;
- essential characteristics of goods and services, including warranties;
- product availability within a reasonable period;
- method, place and delivery time;
- clearly stated prices including VAT and delivery costs;
- payment and delivery methods;
- validity period of the offer;
- right of withdrawal and return conditions;
- complaint procedure and customer support contact details.
Payment Methods
The online store www.e-shop.si offers the following payment methods:
By Proforma Invoice
Payment by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice is available. After placing an order, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail.
On Collection or Delivery
- cash on delivery;
- payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
Online Payment
- card payment: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro;
- Stripe;
- Bancontact;
- EPS.
Prices and Delivery Times
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.
Delivery times are approximate and are published for each individual product. If the price or delivery time changes during order processing, the customer will be informed accordingly.
Purchase Process
- Product selection and adding products to the shopping cart.
- Review of the shopping cart and possible modifications.
- Entering the delivery address.
- Selection of the delivery method.
- Selection of the payment method.
- Order review and confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
For distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may send us a completed online form together with a copy of the invoice.

The withdrawal period begins on the day when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must clearly inform the Provider of their decision by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the company's registered address.
The consumer may use the withdrawal form available on the website or submit any other unambiguous statement clearly indicating their intention to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal notice shall be deemed timely if it is sent before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
If the consumer has already received the goods, they must return them together with the accompanying packaging and documentation without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the Provider of the withdrawal.
The goods shall be deemed returned on time if they are dispatched before the expiry of the 14-day return period.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer unless otherwise provided by applicable legislation.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The Provider shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Provider.
The Provider is not obliged to reimburse any additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.
The Provider shall reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The Provider may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided by the consumer, whichever occurs first.
The reimbursement shall be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original transaction unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different reimbursement method. The consumer shall not incur any additional costs as a result of such reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable legislation, in particular:
- goods made according to the consumer’s specifications, customized to the consumer’s personal needs, or manufactured to special dimensions;
- goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with or attached to other items after delivery;
- other cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable legislation.
Lack of Conformity of Goods, Warranties and Complaints
In accordance with applicable legislation, consumers have the right to assert claims relating to a lack of conformity of goods.
The goods must conform to the contract and meet the requirements laid down by applicable legislation.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may request:
- free repair or replacement of the goods;
- a proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
- withdrawal from the contract and reimbursement of the purchase price in cases provided for by applicable legislation.
The consumer must allow the Provider to inspect the goods.
Rights arising from a lack of conformity may be exercised within the statutory time limits.
A claim relating to a lack of conformity may be submitted to the Provider by e-mail at [email protected] or in writing to the company's registered address.
If a warranty has been issued for the product, the consumer may exercise warranty rights in accordance with the warranty certificate and the guarantor’s terms and conditions.
The Provider shall handle complaints, claims relating to a lack of conformity, and warranty claims in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by our partners GLS and Pošta Slovenije. A flat delivery fee applies throughout Slovenia. Delivery is free for orders over €69.
Protection of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is used exclusively for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
Personal data is disclosed only to contractual data processors and other entities where necessary for order fulfillment, compliance with legal obligations, or based on another valid legal basis.
Complaints and Disputes
In the event of a complaint, the customer may contact us via e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone at +386 31 47 555 7.
The Provider will respond to complaints as quickly as possible. The Provider recognizes out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable legislation.
