A 50 W solar LED floodlight is designed for outdoor areas where permanent mains power is not available at the light position. GREEN TECH SFX-50W-3CCT provides 800 lm output and three selectable colour temperatures of 3000, 4000 and 6500 K. Dimming, remote control and motion detection with an 8–10 m range allow operation to be adjusted to the surroundings, while the 90° beam angle defines the spread of the light.
The built-in 3.2 V / 6 Ah battery is charged from a separate 6 W, 5 V monocrystalline solar panel. Charging time is 4–6 hours and runtime is 12–14 hours. A 5 m waterproof cable between the floodlight and panel allows the panel to be placed in a sunnier position while the light is aimed at the required area. IP65 and IK08 ratings support outdoor use, with an operating temperature range from –20 to 50 °C.
When comparing solar floodlights, rated power, actual luminous flux and battery capacity should be considered separately. For SFX-50W-3CCT these values are 50 W, 800 lm and 6 Ah, avoiding assumptions based on larger models in the series. CRI is ≥70, luminous efficacy 16 lm/W and rated life 25,000 hours. The housing uses ABS + PC and the floodlight measures 195 × 153 × 53.5 mm. For solar installation, the panel should receive the best practical exposure to daylight while the floodlight or street light is aimed toward the area that needs illumination. A separate panel and connecting cable provide more flexibility in positioning. Actual operating time depends on battery charge and charging conditions, so battery capacity and panel power are important comparison points between the different versions.
